Warriors,
Have patience with all things but first with yourself. Never confuse your mistakes with your value as a human being.
You're a perfectly valuable, creative, worthwhile person simply because you exist. No amount of trials or tribulations can change that.
Unconditional self-acceptance is the core of a peaceful mind.
Have you ever met a baby that wasn't perfect or magnificent? We are born inherently abundant and filled with healthy life force energy. All of your limitations and obstacles, your trauma and drama cannot undo the power of your spirit. In the end, it is the ultimate strength to finish your day, despite your day, acknowledging your own greatness. At all times you are truly doing your best.
Our desire for change or "something better" is merely our will pushing outward. Our understanding that there is undiscovered potential and abundance is part of our core makeup and when you feel the desire for "better", it is that understanding making itself tangible and manifest. It's a dream becoming real and it shows up in the form of longing.
Our mistakes are simply lessons. Accidents are simply reminders. Only see behavior as a character flaw when you are still trying to live a pattern or habit that does not resolve the longing. Then, take that as a clear sign of what NOT to do and allow your "flaw" to take the shape of a divine contract that you have been fulfilling with others and the universe. All things are as they should be. If you cannot resolve the "flaw" as anything but, remember this...
By our stumbling, our world is perfected.
So, lighten up. Relax (this will take a while). Cut yourself some slack. Our good friend Rob Riopel often has said, "If your friend treated you the way you treat you, how long would you keep them around?"
The Brutal Honesty is simply this...
You are magnificent.
Now, quit whining and go live from this Brutal Truth.
Much Love Everywhere,
Aaron
